Relationship Managers

We’re currently looking for regional client relationship managers to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. The successful candidates will receive full training and support from our relationship director and you’ll spend most of your time dealing with new and existing clients to ensure that they are getting the most out of ICM’s software and services.

Intelligent Claims Agents

We’re currently looking for talented individuals to compliment both our Accident management team and our training and support team. Once you’re on board, you’ll be responsible for working with our existing clients in areas such as claims management (helping clients with issues like vehicle repairs, arranging replacement vehicles, working with solicitors etc). Alternatively, your talents may suit a role offering support and training for clients who need help working with our ICM software.
