Our Network Members, all of whom are independent MOJ authorised Claims Management Companies, are able to send work to ICM Network Service Providers, and benefit by using our online case management software, which is provided free of charge to our clients.
ICM Network Members deal directly with ICM Service Providers, and benefit from higher referral commissions and service levels that come from being part of a large network. All parties involved are free to choose who they want to work with, and when, which leads to long term business relationships that last.
Our case management software, designed specifically for claims managers and provided free to our members, connects everyone involved in the claims process in the same online space. Documents, new instructions and invoicing can all be managed online which saves time and money for everyone involved.
ICM is working in partnership with ARC (Association of Regulated Claims Management Companies) and we're happy to offer free membership of ARC (normally £250 plus VAT) to all new ICM Network members. (**conditions apply, please ask your ICM Relationship Manager for details).
