To join the ICM Network, we ask that your company satisfies some basic criteria;

1. Your company is a claims management business in the UK, and involves the referral of personal injury claims and or credit hires.
2. If your company deals with personal injury claims, you must be authorised by the MOJ and have an active CRM number.
3. Your company, its directors or owners and employees pass a fraud check.
4. We feel that you’re an organisation that we would be proud to work with.

We’re currently experiencing high numbers of applications for ICM network mambership. Following your initial application, a client relationship manager will call you to arrange a good time to discuss your individual business goals and aspirations and how ICM can help you to acheive them.

When everyone’s happy to proceed, your relationship manager will help you enter our network by making personal introductions to ICM Service Providers and providing full training on your new software system. Your dedicated ICM Relationship Manager will then be on hand throughout your time with ICM to offer help and assistance any any area where you might need it.
